Nope. I meant SA 187 as I said. It was passed by the Senate as I described. The entire illegal-alien bill is in it, with amnesty, expanded guest worker programs, the whole nine yards.

Would this have happened in the first place if 10 Republican senators hadn't tried to filibuster a clean, pork free law in the first place?
