How is it complete? None of there proposals have been signed into law, and since they did not involve anyone in the decision making process, most of it probably never will be. All they did was put on a show. Furthermore, should these have really been the top priority for the House? Isnt the war or bloated govt a bit more important?
The house promised to pass the bills, They kept their promise. it is not in their abolity to make them laws. that is the combined baliwick of the house, the senate, and the president. This is simply the first step in the procedure. You know that perfectly well, and all you are doing is making noise.
