There doing there job. There was a serious dirty bomb alert in Boston this time last year.

So the bomb squad isn't supposed to be trained in any way about how bombs are made, simply how to blow them up in a bunker? That makes me feel safe to know that their job doesn't require any knowledge, or judgment.
