Not in Florida man.Florida is differant ever since Jeb Bush signed that ""Make my Day Law""

I'm pretty sure even the "make my day" laws don't allow you to carry a concealed weapon. And, in every case I've ever heard of, "under the seat" in a car is considered "concealed".
