I just wish he would learn to pronounce "nuclear". Can't his advisers stress the importance of gravitas and dignity to him?

He uses a recognized pronunciation of the word, though not the most dignified.

What one thinks about pronunciation depends largely on his background. If I hear someone say "mature" without the "ch" sound in the middle I'm likely to think him snooty, but others probably consider a clean "t" sound more civilized, dignified if you will.
