Well for 30 million American workers it's actually a tax increase. But now people who can't afford health insurance will be able to deduct it from their income taxes, taxes that, as you have pointed out in other threads, they don't pay. What a plan, they'll be able to deduct what they can't afford, from the taxes they don't pay. It's like "Victory in Iraq", another tribute to Abraham Lincoln who said "you can fool some of the people all of the time" .
