It sounds so evil when you say it like that doesn't it? Its rather stupid to list the bad things of either israel or palestine with out mentioning both at the same time... .. More even handed person would add palestinians blow themselves up in side city buses full of women and children, Gun men use palestinian women children as human shields.

Carter criticized both sides, it seems that one side is just getting whiny that they were criticized at all. Although as far as the human shield issue, the IDF does that plenty too.

Quite frankly I'd couldn't care less for Israel's woes, for the amount of money we're funneling into them the US should expect a puppet, not an equal partner. There is no reason for the US to be putting up with any of the crap we're getting from Israel, and yes I don't need to list Palestine or any of the other nations in this, because we don't fund them (except for Egypt to some extent), and they aren't completely reliant on us for their existence.

The negotiations would be far easier if the United States started by showing Israel that we are willing to completely cut them off from everything if they reject a deal we consider acceptable.
