Let me guess, all those who gamble on wall street are immune to this bullshit legislation.

At any rate, I don't gamble on wall street. I invest in highly regulated and controlled markets. The strategy that I use is called buy and hold. I buy good companies and hold their stock for a long long time. I am not a trader or gambler. BTW, if you are an idiot and want to gamble with securities- you can do it on the commodities exchanges (with extreme leverage) far easier than with stocks.
