I'm still confused as to Bush is sending in additional troops anyway? Didn't he declare victory in Iraq some years ago? Don't tell me he was premature in his victory speech?

As you well know, he did not claim Victory. He said the Mission was accomplished, which was the invasion of Iraq and destruction of Sadaams regime. He has not claimed victory in the war on islamic fascism which is what is going on in Iraq now. If you want to make jokes, we have a "just for fun" section. Sarcasm adds nothing to the debate.
