As you well know, he did not claim Victory. He said the Mission was accomplished, which was the invasion of Iraq and destruction of Sadaams regime. He has not claimed victory in the war on islamic fascism which is what is going on in Iraq now. If you want to make jokes, we have a "just for fun" section. Sarcasm adds nothing to the debate.

He may not know that. Many liberals refuse to actually base any of their idiotic statements on facts. They much prefer the liberal rhetoric they're being force fed.
