Whats the point of the The International War Crimes Tribunal as used in Yugoslavia. Why isn't Saddam facing trial for his crimes against the kurds. I dont doubt he deserves the ultimate sentence, but why is it being done to suit the US.

So, a country cannot prosecute it's own genocidal barbarians, and must instead relinquish that function to the International War Crimes Tribunal?
