Whats the point of the The International War Crimes Tribunal as used in Yugoslavia. Why isn't Saddam facing trial for his crimes against the kurds. I dont doubt he deserves the ultimate sentence, but why is it being done to suit the US.

Who says it is being done to suit the U.S.? ...besides opinionated pundets I mean.

Like all criminal prosecutions, prosecutors will try the perp on whatever is the most likely to convict...they choice this avenue, and the result is the same.
