Reagan vetoed a Highway bill that had 451 earmarks, claiming it was just too pork laden.
Bush signed a highway bill this year with over 6000 earmarks.

"6000" !!!!!!!!
Which one was that, I'd be interested in seing what was all added.......Let me guess, the study of worm reproduction.
