Since when do vistor's logs detail what the visit was about, and why should they.??
And If they don't, then people nosing about in them are simply curious (that's OK) or perhaps "troublemakers" (and that's NOT OK)

You don't always have to know exactly what happened to know why someone visited.

Hypothetical:

Let's say I'm president, and the head of the Smurf Lobby comes and visits me, the next day I come out with all kinds of pro-smurf initiatives that are NOT the will of the majority leprechaun population.

Something up? Who knows, because my records are closed.
