You don't always have to know exactly what happened to know why someone visited.

Hypothetical:

Let's say I'm president, and the head of the Smurf Lobby comes and visits me, the next day I come out with all kinds of pro-smurf initiatives that are NOT the will of the majority leprechaun population.

Something up? Who knows, because my records are closed.

and oddly enough you can't seem to apply this same formula when Taliban leaders met with Saddams top advisors prior to 911.
