You don't always have to know exactly what happened to know why someone visited.

Hypothetical:

Let's say I'm president, and the head of the Smurf Lobby comes and visits me, the next day I come out with all kinds of pro-smurf initiatives that are NOT the will of the majority leprechaun population.

Something up? Who knows, because my records are closed.

I know you don't intent it to be so, but you seem to be arguing with yourself. However, The way to find out what is up, is at the meeting, not thru the visitor logs.
