No one is justifying it.

1. That is a) a claim (in relation to Norway, not to the Hitler youth) and b) irrelevant to the issue at hand ( a guy causing a bloodbath in a youth camp). Wether they were there for playing soccer or "marxist propaganda" does not matter. Other groups that regularly organize youth trips are the christian churches f.e. Do you also find that "disturbing" ?
