I imagine, once it's shown that their only intention was to mess with Fox, they'll just get some kind of fine or something. I don't know what the legal ramifications are for hacking an account that doesn't involve secrets or someone's financial security.

Talking about the president being dead and spreading false information in regards to national security may be considered more then the intention to mess with Fox.
