He is an American, but it would seem he has unsettlingly strong ties to China.

i too, didn't learn to speak english till i was a young laddy 'o 5 years old. i learned Cantonese and picked up english as i grew older.

i was given a chinese name, too.

what of it?

be i an "unsettlin'" kinda fella also?

irish children be named things like "patrick" and "sean". does that kinda thing sorta alarm ye?
