I don't understand about not allowing guns on college campuses, cause we all know the "no guns, alcohol, or drugs" signs work so well don't they. If someone is willing to break the law and go shoot somebody, then obviously the law doesn't matter to them and they are gonna be carrying a gun on campus regardless of the rules. I don't think it's necessarily a bad idea for concealed weapons license carriers only to be allowed to conceal a weapon. At least give them a sporting chance when some nut with a bad childhood decides to shoot everyone in sight because somebody made fun of him for the last time.
