I guess I meant GOOD Republicans... there are not many..

Shit, I'd be happy with 5% across-the-board.

Piss everyone off at the same time and give America a wake-up call.

But the thing is, if Republicans proposed 5% across-the-board cuts the Democrats would fight them to a standstill and it would never get annywhere.

Guess who'd win the next election?

If government pay weren't so shitty I'd get in on the racket.
