As for the FOX news comment, it seems you have it wrong not knowing the Dem's had the 60 votes to pass what ever they wanted. Maybe you should watch FOX and learn something that is going on in the real world.

The Democrats did not have 60 votes. Scott Brown's election changed that dynamic in February of last year.

I wish you'd pay attention so I can stop schooling you. Or at the very least, learn about the subject you wish to argue about.

I mean, you didn't even know what a procedural filibuster was. Yikes!
