He did qualify some of these issues in his original post. But I wanna know how we are giving tax breaks if we are about to shut down the government?

With a federal taxation so extreme the feds MUST provide various of other "services" than the military, and what is mentioned in the OP.

For comparison, we onlly pay 1% of each EU countrys budget to our socalled federal government. But keep in mind that the EU is propably tenfold worse than your federal government when it comes to wasting money and scamming its citizens.
