Dude we're in the middle of a pair of wars and we seem quickly headed into a 3rd. Shutting down the Feds would be a poor choice, and damn near suicidal considering today's political climate. No thanks.

Don't worry--the wars will continue even if the federal government shuts down. You can count on the military still getting funding along with social security and medicare receipiants.

Really--the only thing you'll miss is your favorite beaurocrat sleeping behind his desk. In fact the overwhelming majority of Americans wouldn't even notice a federal government shut-down.

Think of the money we taxpayers could save--LOL
