Everyone this is news I just heard on Fox News--no link as yet. Apparently another bill was introduced stripping the financial out of the union bill--and not requiring a democrat to be present. The State legislature in Wisconsin didn't take any time in moving that forward. Democrat politicians hiding out in another state got caught with their pants down on this one and as soon as they found out about this manuver are now racing back across the border in an effort to stop it. They didn't make it--and the bill is now passed.

More information will be coming up on this tonight & I will give the link. But the good news is that the State of Wisconsin now has an opportunity to get control of their state budget--and the government workers union has lost the big one. Wisconsin has basically turned into a right to work state joining the majority of other states in this nation.

According to today's article the major sticking point in negotiation in all of this was that the union would not agree to members being allowed a choice as to whether or not to join the union. In the past they were forced too--if they worked for the state government. Here is today's article which does not include the above as yet.
