I really don't think the state of Wisconsin can be considered wealthy since they are looking down the barrel at a 3.6 BILLION dollar deficit.

But if you want to consider ALL of the taxpaying citizens of that state wealthy--do so at the peril of your own IQ level--
I can't tell if you are being sarcastic or just didn't comprehend my post. I am assuming the later, based on what I've seen from you.

Tax breaks for businesses while then extorting benefits and money out of the hard working backbone of Wisconsin, gotta love conservatives.
