Its 98% as bad. Is that 2% is going to make-or-break this nation? Does 2% mark the difference between today's dems and today's republicans?

For most of them, yes. Both parties are largely filled with useless, corrupt and just plain stupid people.

And no, it won't make or break this nation, it's already broken and 2% isn't going to fix it.
