Does it really matter if its at the state or federal level?????

I'm merely pointing out how republicans (or non-liberals) didn't refuse to vote, then run away when the shoe was on the other foot...

Maybe we could get a collection together and buy ol' Nick a clue?

What, praytell, do you suppose a filibuster is, Mr.Nick, if not a refusal to vote?
