So, you pulled it straight out of your ass, and didn't bother to fact check. What a surprise.

Well, your source was wrong. As are you.

Now, I could take the time to explain how a defined benefit plan works, but I fear that it'd be the equivalent of explaining physics to a cockatoo, and clearly it wouldn't be the effort.


Edit - actually, I just took a closer look at your "source" and it's clear that you're even more full of it than initially thought. By what terms did you conduct your search on that site? It doesn't provide averages, just a text dump.

Assuming you actually did anything at all.
You have to scroll through Wisconsin and look for teachers and you will CLEARLY see that teachers make between 70-90k with principals and other administrators making 100k++
