The Mubarak government has the superb ability to react too late with by far too little.

I am abit bewildered by the continued prophecy of violence and radicalism in the face of incredibly civil protests day after day and no sign for a islamic revolution. Violence only occured when the Regime tried to show of it's muscles, initiated chaos or attacked the protestors.

How it will go down is hard is to predict... but sooner or later the Military will have to choose sides.

Since there is no future with Mubarak, I hope they will choose the people.

Perhaps the military is convincing itself right now. Perhaps they are giving the war hero General Mubarak and his supporters in the leadership some last chances to reestablish order, before kicking him out.
