Ummm, so you're talking about the US now?

As I understand it the top tax rate in Russia is less than 15% while the top tax rate in the US is approaching 50%. Putin has stopped "gay pride parades" in Russia several times, the US President is gay.

I don't think Russia or Putin is the greatest thing on the planet, but let's be honest the US is following the communist manifesto 10x more closely than the Russkies.
