So here's my take.

The guy got fired, puts 3 bullets in the head of his ex-boss

Cops show up, fire 14 rounds and hit 9 people.

Conclusion - Original shooter nice shooting, cops, horrible shooting. On a side note, the ex-boss is probably a jew and the shooter is gay, he was designing woman's handbags.

Report is that the shooter had a Star .45 pistol (single stack mag) which he purchased himself in Fla. in '90 or '91, and he supposedly shot the victim five times. This doesn't leave much ammo for a 'shootout with the police' even if he had a spare mag. So much for Joo York Shitty gun laws being effective.
