Applicants have to be no more than 31 years old, must have arrived in the US before the age of 16, and have no major crimes on their record. And how, exactly, do they plan on verifying that said illegal immigrant arrived before they were 16? Hell, a truckload of them could come over the border tomorrow and claim they've been here since they were kids.
