“Debts that can’t be repaid, won’t be repaid”. And what have I been saying for years?

"One cannot *pay* a debt with a debt!" Duh. (when that is tried we end up where we are now, all the debts being passed along snowball and there is no substance nor value to be found, just overwhelming and disastrous amounts of debt)
