As to the OP, really though? Do you really think there is some magic formula to get 25% better fuel economy? It wouldn't be a secret it would be the BIGGEST story on the news in the last 5 years, it would be on every website every day for months.

The only "additive" that can increase fuel mileage is something with a higher octane rating, if and only if you either manually advance the timing or your car can automatically adjust timing. Even this is a pretty marginal increase in efficiency.

The single biggest thing you can do to increase fuel mileage is to learn to drive for max mpg.
