I must compliment whomever composed that speech; it is probably the most magnificent blast of hot air to have ever vacated the magic negro's lungs. He uses conflation, red herrings, and panders to the audience whilst effecting an aura of sincerity.

It makes no mention of the risk an entrepreneur takes, and that it is he who sets an enterprise into motion. Employees take no risk unless they are substantial shareholders, and said entrepreneur has no say in whether government employees 'contribute' to the success of his enterprise.

It is just like Al Capone arguing that a vendor was successful because the latter was under the *ahem* protection of the former.
