the fine should be the value of the gain PLUS legal penalties. If it were a lowly shit kicker like me that's what they would demand I paid. I also think companies should face the same penal-ties as a person would. If a person would be gaoled then a company should be as well. If the company has to be incarcerated then so be it. If the employees need to find another job, so be it.
