the niece of a friend had her car stolen twice - first by a burglar, then by Santa Rosa CA police department.

SRPD sold it because the 18 year old young woman couldn't afford to pay the $45 a day storage fee.

someday, that young lady will be called to Jury Duty.

perhaps it will be a cop-killer case, and the treatment she received will come back to haunt the SRPD.

She'd get knocked from the jury.

Attorneys are really good at making dumbass juries.
