I don't see any scandal in gold or silver price fixing. It doesn't affect anyone so it won't be a scandal. The only thing that affects anyone is if they copped it on their retirement funds or perhaps maybe on their home loan or CC account. No body has gold so no one is affected. Everyone has a retirement or CC so they are affected. People who think gold is going to go boom and they are going to pocket a "profit" are going to be disappointed. When it's all done and dusted. Those with PM's will still be afloat. Those that are not with PM's will sink. There will be no profit. There will be balance/floatation/equilibrium due to the value of the PM's but on inflation adjusted capital gains, there will be no net gain. You might consider it a recovery of personal wealth value but not ain increase in personal wealth value.
