I almost posted that here a couple weeks ago when I saw it on John Friend's blog,
North Korean film exposes Western propaganda

you'll find that's the first of 4 or 5 parts, YT ought to link to the latter parts at the end.

It made some good points, but it's propaganda itself of course. Many of the Westerners they showed were caricatures- morbidly obese, or maybe in tears at a televangelist rally, etc.
