The little shit is gonna get a lot more respect, for sure. From now on, he will be sitting at the big table with the adults.

the worst thing the parents could do right now would be to glorify and idolize this kid. he needs to know that what he did was the right thing to do, but he needs to know the seriousness of the situation. i forsee many counseling sessions in this kids future, possibly mandated by the state...

how the parents handle this with the kid will be more important than the fact he had to fire on another human being at the ripe old age of 14...
