My best case scenario is that they are pulling a trojan here to get Romney all comfy while the RP delegates gather support. That will make for an upset if they are successful.

That is not the likely outcome.

I think this sucker is going down and that it doesn't matter to these fuckers anymore. They know what's coming and they are getting the heck out of the way or planning for the aftermath. There is some much larger event that we are not aware of, that makes all of this bullshit meaningless. They are looting the titanic.
