Holy shit man, that's brutal. I remember seeing another photo like that of a couple guys in asia on a moped, and they both got impaled by a 2X4 board or something totally crazy like that. They lived too.

This asians: They're like cats I tell yuh!

i count 7 spikes sticking out of his back so would it be safe to say he's got 2 lives left?
