I would start with the money. Skip all the joo crap.

It was looking into monetary issues that started my journey.

Have him start reading ZeroHedge daily. He can do that at work. If he can't read and start to comprehend what is talked about there, then he might need to spend more time with his family. If he starts getting some of the ZH stuff down, then move him into "The Creature from Jekyll Island" along with other books.

Follow the money and everything else falls into place.
