I tried blowing my eggs this morning. Lol... Didn't work. I about blew my eardrums out, though.

My eggs are fresh. I read somewhere that the fresher the egg, the harder it is to shell. The longer they've been is cold storage,
the easier they are to blow. I mean shell.
Best to use eggs that aren't super fresh i.e. the tip floats upwards, fresh eggs lie flat.

I tried this morning on some free range organic eggs that are direct from the farm, and it worked out reasonably well with varying results. In one case I blew the egg apart right through the center, another some of the egg stuck to the shell while the rest came out fine. For sure better than peeling the entire situation by hand.
