How can one of them be charged with murder and the second one charged with involuntary manslaughter? I hope they both go to prison and get raped everyday for the rest of their lives.

I don't hope that. They are cops that screwed up big time, and need to be charged appropriately (2nd deg. murder and manslaughter, but probably not involuntary). A message needs to be sent to cops that they are not above the law.
