Stay out of Stockton, period. Stockton now has one of the highest crime rates in the whole nation. One thing we know for certain, crime in the cities is just going to keep getting worse. It's not going to get better. The best advise, is if you don't live in a city, don't move to one. If you do live in a city, such as myself and others, start making plans to leave. Personally, my goal is within two months from now.
