excellent post guys and strangely this has been on my mind yesterday and today.

A strawman/birthcertificate/legal fiction person is a trust. IF no one is avalailable to administer the trust someone will step in and do it when the cricumstances require it. If you think it's your trust then you should do it. If you are unable for competency reasons (uneducated) someone i.e. the court, will do it for you.
