Some observations.

It looks like a pressure vessel.

Appears too lite for an Earthly pressure vessel (he was able to tip it with two fingers)

The top is a strange configuration to produce a dome, from the under side in the video it almost appears transparent.

Whatever it is, it is of highly specialized and technical construction.
