The truth I've stumbled across, I want to shake it into everyone I know. Scream it in their face, spit it in their eye... but they will not believe me. And neither will you.
Dysgenic? The matrix is what you believe that is shared with just about everybody else. If your conception of reality is different from the common 'normal' shared reality, you can't expect others to believe it easily. The reason people cling so strongly to the matrix, and resist other conceptions of reality is because it works for them, and they don't want to make a huge investment in learning a new reality--even if the rewards are enormous.

A good analogy for what I just wrote is 'changing operating system on your computer'. Most people learn how to make a computer work using Windows. Ask anybody who learned that way to switch to Linux, or to Apple OSX, and they will resist. They might try for a while, but they will abandon it. Learning a whole new system that requires you to see things differently consumes far more energy than it is worth to most people.

But don't worry Dys, the current operating system, the Matrix will collapse relatively soon because it no longer works for a growing number of people. The real challenge before us is to not adopt a new Matrix coming from the same people who brought us the one we now have.
